Alliotts Construction, Inc.

The Alliotts family have been independent business owners for over 80 years, still occupying and owning the same building for all of these years. Kevin grew up in his family business, and Frank worked from an early age in the plumbing company.

In addition to constructing many luxury estate homes ranging in price from four to twelve million dollars, they are also involved in multi-family projects in Bergen County, many of which they own and manage. This is including but not limited to over 250 condos / apartments. They also constructed, own, & manage a 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse / office complex.
